Today's Joke - Blind man

Saturday, March 31, 2007
Today's Joke 31.03.2007-Blind Man
A blind man walks into a restaurant and sits down. The waiter, who is also the owner, walks up to the blind man and hands him a menu. "I'm sorry sir, but I am blind and can't read the menu. Just bring me a dirty fork from a previous customer, I'll smell it and order from there." A little confused, the owner walks over to the dirty dish pile and picks up a greasy fork. He returns to the blind man's table and hands it to him. The blind man puts the fork to his nose and takes in a deep breath. "Ah, yes that's what I'll have, meatloaf and mashed potatoes." Unbelievable, the owner says to himself as he walks towards the kitchen. The cook happens to be the owner's wife and he tells her what had just happened. The blind man eats his meal and leaves. Several days later the blind man returns and the owner mistakenly brings him a menu again. "Sir, remember me? I'm the blind man." "I'm sorry, I didn't recognize you. I'll go get you a dirty fork." The owner again retrieves a dirty fork and brings it to the blind man. After another deep breath, the blind man says, "That smells great, I'll take the Macaroni and cheese with broccoli."
Once again walking away in disbelief, the owner things the blind man is screwing around with him and tells his wife that the next time the blind man comes in he's going to test him. The blind man eats and leaves. He returns the following week, but this time the owner see's him coming and runs to the kitchen. He tells his wife, "Mary, rub this fork on your panties before I take it to the blind man." Mary complies and hands her husband the fork back. As the blind man walks in and sits down, the owner is ready and waiting. "Good afternoon sir, this time I remembered you and I already have the fork ready for you." The blind man puts the fork to his nose, takes a deep whiff and says, "Hey! I didn't know that Mary worked here!"
Have a nice day
Keep Smiling :)

Story of my greatest achievement in life - Sachin - my reversion story

Wednesday, March 28, 2007
Story of My Greatest Achievement in Life-Sachin
My Reversion Story
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. My name is Sachin and I am 32 years old. My journey to Islam is a result of guidance offered to me by an Egyptian woman. Hence, I dedicate this story to her. She has become my spiritual guide and sister.
I belong to an orthodox but progressive Hindu family. There are four sects in Hinduism. I come from the Brahmin sect, the most prestigious and educated category among the Hindus. I followed my parental faith in the learning phase of childhood. My approach to the Almighty started as a pagan with polytheistic devotion to our Hindus gods, and I was quite aware of the sectarian discrimination that prevailed in my society.
I always wondered about the originator of this universe, His strength, vastness, and many more things. All answers to my queries about the Almighty were not answered by my parent's ideology. We human beings have selected some of our masterpieces and called them the Seven Wonders of the World. However, indeed these Wonders of the World stand nowhere in comparison to the creation of the Almighty. A mere glimpse, not of things far but of things around us, makes me tend to believe in the existence of a Supreme Authority who must be their Designer.
My mind was then caught between two ideologies: monotheism and polytheism. Amazingly, my first active and realizable encounter with Islam was in 1989 (I was only 15) when my city fell into communal violence. The violence was widespread and killed innocent people. As a Hindu then, I was filled with anger toward Muslims. This wave of violence again struck my city in 1990 and 1992. I was a rigid Hindu then and took part in several anti-Muslim demonstrations in those tense years. When the situation calmed down, I developed some curiosity toward Muslims and Islam. Though I was not yet mature, indeed something from inside compelled me to begin to scrutinize Muslim society.
I belong to a society whose social infrastructure I have never respected, yet I have always noticed that a force unifies Muslim society. Initially I thought that, being a minority community in India, Muslims are bonded together for safety concerns. However, I soon realized that the unifying force is not driven by political or security measures. It is something else. With close scrutiny, I came to realize that this central force which bonds Muslims together is related to the first pillar of Islam, namely tawheed (the Oneness of God). Unlike my community where people are divided on account of their differences in rituals, ALL Muslims are unified by worshiping the same God, practicing the same `ibadat (acts of worship) — same salah (ritual prayer), fasting at the same time, etc. This exploration, though not driven by spirituality, indeed sowed the seeds of tawheed in my mind. I came to know the concept of monotheism. Until then, I never knew about the Oneness of God.
My mind was then caught between two ideologies: monotheism and polytheism. In 1994, I was preparing for my medical entrance exam. To study physics, I began to go to a Muslim professor. It was the month of Ramadan. One day I was there at the time of iftar (meal to break the fast), and heard the Adhan. A faint sound of the Adhan always crept to my house, but it was not understandable. For the first time then, I listened to an Adhan from a nearby mosque. The voice of the Adhan gave me gooseflesh. I felt in a state of mind like never before. It seemed to me as if the Adhan was rising from the mosque up to the heavens. I found myself in a sedative condition of utmost peace.
For the first time, I was able to know the Almighty, and I found myself on the doorstep of the religion of Allah. Driven by this realization of peace and spirituality, I bought a copy of the Qur'an, and I started reading it. With every word I read, my brain was being washed. By the grace of God, I went on smoothly to accept the word of God surah after surah. It was so simple, distinct, and clear. I wandered through the content of the Qur'an, from the way of dealing with your neighbor to the creation of universe. When I reached Surat Al-Ikhlas (Chapter 112), I literally lost my sense of equilibrium. Its four ayahs pierced my heart. Allah says what can be translated as: [Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.] I can say for sure that such a clear concept of God is not found in any other religious scriptures. The question of what God is like has always disturbed me, and I wonder at how distinctly God has defined Himself in such four lines. As I read this surah, it seemed to me as if the Almighty was Himself explaining His own attributes in such simple language in front of my eyes. For the first time, I was able to know the Almighty, and I found myself on the doorstep of the religion of Allah. As a student of science, I was also stunned by the scientific facts mentioned in the Qur'an. My trust in the Qur'an and the prophethood of Muhammad (peace be upon him) was established.
However, I remained at the doorsteps of the religion of God for a long time. I was not able to free myself from the captivity of my inherited faith. Though I was not following it, a fear always overcast my mind of the repercussions of accepting Islam. Hence, my journey to Islam came to a halt for awhile. However, after this pause, Allah the All-Knower sent me a soul to guide me to my destination. She gave me a gentle push to enter the religion of God. In the month of Ramadan on my birthday I accepted Islam upon her encouragement. That soul is now my spiritual sister. Allah guided me to realize His Oneness, to endorse the truth of the Qur'an as His authentic word, and to accept Prophet Muhammad as the Seal of the Prophets in my heart long before I practiced the pillars of Islam. However, I owe her credit for giving me the courage to eventually make my decision and be a true Muslim.
Though I expect a tough reaction from my father, my submission to Allah is firm. I never felt myself close to God as a non-Muslim and never felt a sense of satisfaction through my acts of worship. With the acceptance of Islam, there has been an enhancement of my spirituality, as now I pray as a monotheist to the real Creator of the universe. Now I spend my late evening hours in the mosque instead of wasting them among friends. After offering my salah, I reach a state of mind that I can only describe as peaceful. I am trying to apply the word of Allah in every activity in my life. My dedication toward my wife has multiplied. The vulgarity that frequently overtook me now seems to have subsided. My family members say I have changed in many aspects. Above all now, I am committed and submitted to the real Lord of this universe.
Except my wife and mother, no one is aware of my Islamic identity. My wife is a simple woman who willingly accepted her Muslim husband. My mother does not comment on this issue except advising me to be fully devoted to whatever path I follow. Though I expect a tough reaction from my father, my submission to Allah is firm. My father and brothers are big critics of Islam, and the issue of jihad is their weapon. I am trying to teach Islam to my wife, and in fact, one of my goals is to be committed to da`wah after I enrich my knowledge of Islam.
Though I find myself amidst many problems related to my new identity, I am striving hard to dedicate myself spiritually to Allah. My spiritual sister tries endlessly to provide me with the knowledge I need about certain issues and to back me with spiritual strength.
Many times I wonder whether it is reality or fiction that I am now a submitter to Allah. Every individual is born as a Muslim. Therefore, I prefer to call my inclusion in the Ummah of Islam (nation of Muslims) as a reversion and not conversion. For me, being a Muslim is the greatest reward from the Almighty. Hereby, I pray that Allah enlightens the dwellers of dark.
Regards.
Sachin.

Dear Mohd. Irshad Hussain, When Allah says that He is Eternal and Absoluteand that He begetteth not nor is He begotten, it is very clear that there was never a creation separate from the creator. The creator is the creation and vice-versa. Allah is talking of the absolute here and therefore ‘begetteth not’ would mean ‘created not’.Sachin is talking about rewards. Religion is about waking up to one's innate divinity, not about getting rewards.

Irshad4u Wednesday, March 28, 2007 7:20:58 PM
Bon't be resistant, falsely convinced by ego that we'll only find a monster lurking deep within.
K.Venugopal Wednesday, March 28, 2007 8:35:07 PM
Look Irshad4u, What I am saying is not something that has come from my imagination. What I am saying is based on the understanding of Advaita. (Advaita is, you will be surprised to know, the bedrock of all religions except the Semitic ones.) You have the right to believe what you want, as does every one else. But when you place a proposition in public medium, then surely it is everyone's right to question it if they feel the proposition is not valid enough. In public medium, the participants are many, though not visible. Maybe some would see one point of view, and others a different point of view. Rather than cast aspersions on me, why don’t you comment on the point I’ve raised. Why do you want to trivialise the meaning of “Neither begetteth nor begotten” to mean “neither had a father nor a son”, as if to argue with the Christians? Try seeing it in the light of expressions in other civilizations.

Inzimam , Islaam and Cricket
From today the most religious figure of the cricket field will not be available any more in Live Telecasts. Inzimam-Ul-Haq retires from ODIs.
Inzy was among the few muslim figures who was talked about always for the right reasons. He brought the combination of Islaam and cricket in the international arena and made all the muslimss very proud; and with his brilliant batting abilities no one could have point a fingure on him.
He has always kept his country and his religion proud !
Its sad that his exit is marked by Pakistan exit from W Cup and Bob woolmer's death!

What has Islam got to do with cricket or cricket with Islam? Now that Inzy is retiring from cricket, is he going to be a Mullah or take up something else that has nothing to do with Islam and still have Muslims root for him as a great follower of Islam?

New Delhi: Raising the communal pitch just ahead of the crucial Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the All India Muslim Personal Board (Jadeed) on Thursday criticised the Centre for not banning the entry of Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen in India and announced a reward of Rest 5 laky on Nasreen’s head.
AIMPB (Jadeed) president Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan said the Centre was deliberately hurting sentiments of Muslims by not banning her entry to the country.
Addressing the board's annual meeting at Bareilly, he said the reward announcement will become operational if New Delhi does not restrict her entry into the country.
Noting that Nasreen had made "derogatory references against Prophet Mohammad in her writings," Tauqeer said: "We demand that the government ban her entry into the country. If it is not done, anyone who beheads her will be given a reward of Rs 5 lakh," he said.
The board had earlier elected Maulana Tauseef Raza Khan as its new president

Bombay Calling - Blood Pressure

Monday, March 12, 2007
bombay calling - blood pressure
for the last one year or so, i have developed a slight blood pressure problem. my attitude towards such ailments is one of complete disregard. rasheeda, however, has a different view in these matters. she has given me this digital blood pressure measuring instrument and actually records my bp readings every sunday.
yesterday's readings were rather high and i debated for a while whether i should fudge when rash asks me. deciding that dishonesty has no place in close relationships, i disclosed the correct reading (155/105) to rash. so when she called late at night for our daily tlephonic rendezvvous, i mentioned the readings. there was a stunned silence for a very brief while, and then she blew a fuse.
the next ten minuts were an uninterrupted torrent of how careless and selfish and childish and what not i was. and dont i see where its all leading to and shouldnt i be more responsible at my age and so on and so on.
in my experience, when women start shouting at you, the best couse is to allow them to let off steam. no point in trying to get your point of view across. by the time the conversation ended, she got two commitments out of me - one that i shall reduce my smoking ( we agreed to two cigarettes per day) and two, i shall lose weight ( five kilos by the end of June).
for me, the blood pressure is less of a problem than the anxiety it causes rasheeda. her concern is both touching and humbling at the same time. hence the new resolve to work assiduously towards achieving the twin goals of lower weight and lower cigarette consumption. hopefully, the blood pressure will come down.
have a good day.

Dear Himanshu, You write well. You are able to paint a great picture with words. About BP, try relaxing - not just relaxing to keep BP off, but relaxing to enjoy BP. If you are sufficiently relaxed, everything is wonderous, even pain. But don't take my advice. Rash's wiser.

Long live baba ramdev
Hats off to Baba Ramdev for showing a new way of journey of life with complete physical and mental well being. He is doing what nobody esle has ever done in our country. People are making fame by getting involved in politics , entertainment industries, but this man has achieved fame by creating health awareness amongst common man. His acts and preachings are divine . His patriotic thoughts and integrity of our country is really commendable. He not only saved many lives by teaching pranayama to the terminally ill patients, but also created a feeling that none of the diseases is incurable. Through Pranayama , he has a created a sense of brotherhood amongst different communities of our country. Now a days , Pranayama has become a common household activity for almost 20 crore of population . Dear Starstuck, You have misunderstood the expression "cannot praise enough". It means however much you praise it is not enough, you have to still praise more - such is the good work done. So I hope you can see that I am a fan of Swamiji. Brinda Karat, typical of communists, is negative minded.

thanks Venugopal for correcting me. In practical sense, he brought a revolution of social health awareness. I think, he deserves Bharat Ratna for that.

Take care of the poor

Take care of the Poor
Some Hindus are concerned about conversions. Most conversions take place in tribal areas and other backward areas. What is our tribal ministries doing? Simply setting up a ministry with people drawing salaries without addressing the real problems is one aspect. Government thinks just by increasing quotas it is doing its duty. In India there are lakhs of marginalised people thirsting for a drop of water and for a morsel of food. These poor are being exploited by small contractors who work for big contractors and who in turn bribe politicians. A vicious circle makes the poorest helpless. Then the missionary steps in. He provides food, medicine, clothes and some dignity. In return he asks for conversion. The grateful poor readily agree. I dont see anything wrong in conversions if it deprives the greedy contractors their cheap labour and the politician unaccounted money in swiss banks. The other option for the deprived is becoming a naxalite. While the middleclasses are using every opportunity to make money, while the rich use every trick to hide their riches in tax havens, while the ruling classes are concerned only with winning elections by hook or crook, what is the option left to the marginalised?

Religions and religious division of the world did not bring peace and happiness and will not bring in the next million years. People who look to religion, God and escape routes for disowning personal responsibility for their destinies provide fodder for perpetrators of exploitation in one name or other.
Monday, March 12, 2007 5:25:31 PM
hindus are very well concerned about the welfare of everybody. the funds raised in all the religious organisation of the Hindus are used for the welfare of everybody irrespective of the caste and religion. Can anyone say that even a penny of Muslims has ever been used for any Hindu poor and oppresed citizen.
vivek Monday, March 12, 2007 5:30:26 PM
I am not talking about muslims. I am talking about bloodsucking contractors and middlemen who are responsible for the permanent poverty levels of the marginalised which is responsible for conversions.
vivekaahuja Monday, March 12, 2007 5:42:38 PM
these contractors belong to all religions. there are only 2 religions. exploiters and the exploited.
K.Venugopal Monday, March 12, 2007 10:18:01 PM
Dear Vivek, I agree with your main blog. It’s ironic though that while the missionaries are converting poor Hindus in India, our Sanyasis are 'converting' rich Christians in foreign countries. That's because the tool of the missionaries is money while the tool of the sanyasi is spirituality. Considering that India is now on the verge of being an economic superpower, the missionaries are no longer going to be effective and before long our sanyasis will reconvert the converted. Hinduism is a megapolis compared to the one-horse town that Christianity is.

State sponsored mass-conversion of Andhra Hindus

Monday, March 12, 2007
State-sponsored mass-conversion of Andhra Hindus
Pope John Paul's war-cry against the Hindus and Buddhists of Asia. The Pope Benedict XVI, the global head of the Roman Catholic Church, has reportedly sent his blessings to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. Samuel Rajasekhar Reddy, an evangelical Protestant of the Seventh Day Adventist church.
***
What is alarming here is that Christian fundamentalists across opposing sects have joined hands to convert the Hindus of Andhra Pradesh - a revealing tale of "ecumenical co-operation" among the wolves to hunt the sheep.
The results of the state-sponsored mass-conversion of Andhra Hindus are evident everywhere:1) Hundreds of crores of rupees collected from 'hundis' (donation boxes) in Hindus temples are being diverted by the Andhra Pradesh State Government and the Endowment Board to building new churches and Christian run schools across the state.2) The sacred Tirupati and Simhachalam temples are the target of land-grabbing and church building with the connivance of Christian officials. Ancient temple mandapams are being demolished at Tirumala.3) Christian missionaries freely hand out bibles to Hindu students at Government and private schools in Hyderabad to convert these impressionable ones while the teachers look the other way.4) According to a survey commissioned by the Revenue and Endowment Board of Andhra Pradesh, Christian churches outnumber Hindu temples in most districts of the state. Will the Pope's blessings to Y. Samuel Rajashekhar Reddy bring in a larger flood of Christian missionaries and dollars to turn Andhra Pradesh into 'Christa Pradesh'? Or will the people of India and Andhra Pradesh rise up to defend their honor and halt the spread of this malignant evil?

Dear Eye Opener, If conversions easily happen, then we must suspect that two things are true - 1) That Hinduism has not touched deeply many Hindus and 2) that social inequities make any promise of changed social circumstances alluring. RSS and Sanyasis are addressing these issues. We have to give them a helping hand.

Loot of 700 crores with the help of Parliament.

loot of 700 crore with the help of parliament
Finally the agreement is singed by both parties the west bangal govt & the tata group. According to the agreement the land is allotted for 90 year on lease. Tata has to pay 855.5 crore for this within the lease period. The west bangal industrial board has borrowed rs 150 crore @ 10% interest to acquire the land . apparently is shows that tata has paid more then 800 crore for this deal but the mode of payment expose the whole sin done by west bangal govt to its people. The detail of payment is as following .
period
Total payment for the period( in crores)
Payment per year
( In crores)
1 to 5 year

6 to 10 year
6.25

6.5
51 to 60 year
84.5
8.45
61 to 90 year
600
20
total 855.5
for this big land loot in name of sez tata has to pay nothing at the time of acquiring the land.. if we summarise the table then tata has to pay
firsty 30 year- 56.25 crore
next 30 year - 200 crore
final 30 year - 599 crore
on the other hand west bangal industrial development board has borrowed 150 crore rupee @ 10% per annum on interest means the board will pay 15 crore per year as interest . by multiply the 15 crore to 90 year(15*90) = the amount of interesr is alone is 1350 rupee & tata has to pay only 855.5 crore. It means tata got the prize of 700 crore . beside it west bangal industrial development board has already borrowed 150 crore & the inflation rate is 6% at present . after 90 year what will be the inflation rate it is a subject of imagination . on the context of that inflation tata has to pay very little amout of the land because the value of 600 crore after 90 year will be 100 crore or some more
to tata will get this whole land on 100 crore ‘s only while the interest money will be paid by west bangal govt from the net saving or tax collected money from people of bangal
the total subsidy that tata will get is 1400 crore .
decide it is a development or loot?
These are the people who oppose the subsidy of wheat, kerosene oil & other necessary thing for survival of majority people . the media made a great hue & cry but keep mum on

Your sums prove its a loot. But that's Ok. Tatas are nice folks and I don't mind the Govt. giving them some money, even if it is taxpayer's money. What is horrible is that 900 acres of arable land is being killed. They could have had the project on arid land. Well, when we starve for food, maybe we can zip around in Tatas, tightening the seat-belts real tight.

Flushed out of the Woods
There is saying if ghee is not coming out with straight finger, then use bent finger. From observation of society in general, and Bloggie behaviour in articular, following is very obvios
- Most are good people, but few scoundrels take advantage.
- Polite request has no effect on these scoundrels
- Strong tactics will flush them out of woods, and then they pretend to be victim. Ulta chor kotwaal ko daante!!
Example of scoundrel bloggies are plenty, most familiar one is big tamasha with POTD, first Ralmonov, Chandrashant then Ratan Datta. Many request had no effect, but only effect taking place was by boycotting and dharna. MKB and multiple posts, forcing other person blog off is known to all. Now Palas Biswas is poting same article many times, FOR WHAT? To prove his journalist cridentials?
Direct action is proving effective. Palash Biswas ignore request, but after direct action and well directed abuse, he is smoked out, and resorting to foul languge under pseeodonym!!
Public apathy is reason scoundrel are flourishing. Do not tolerate this pollution. Take direct action. In Blogspace, action required is to call spade a spade, and confront these wolf in sheeps clothing.
What is your humble opinion?

Same is the request to friends like INFIDEL/VENU/Sage/BADMASH Vs AJMAL/Muneerudeen/IRSHAD HUSSAIN etc. Let us not impose ourselves on anyone's mind and also NOT FIND FAULT WITH ONE ANOTHER. It is a VERY HONEST REQUEST.
K.Venugopal Monday, March 12, 2007 8:17:32 PM
Dear Arvind, It's good that you are taking blogs and bloggers seriously. Each does it his own way, even in eccentric ways. Let us not deny anyone space to express himself. We read what we want and comment when we want and skip the rest. The only thing that should be “flushed out” is computer virus. I hope NDTV has a powerful anti-virus system in place
.
ArvindPande Monday, March 12, 2007 8:24:21 PM
Dear Venugopalji, You are respected Bloggie. Everyone has right for expression, but what happens when these scoundrel preventing other people from expressing, by forcing other peoples off, due to 7-8 times continuos posting of same article? This is infringment of others rights. We should not tolearte.
NewsMaker Monday, March 12, 2007 8:26:58 PM
Mr REBOUND, u must understand what makes a news? It is NOT DOG BITING A MAN BUT A MAN BITING A DOG. Apply the same analogy, here. Those who criticise and write abusively get more readership. They become popular heroes of blogspace, for making tall claims on shooing away their opponent. Everyone is trying his stunts here to hog the limelight. You, too have jumped into this HAMAM. Remember, IS HAMAM MEIN SAB NANGE HAIN, KOI DOODH KA DHHOOLA HUA SANT NAHIN HAI. INKO LADNE DO AAPIS MEIN. TUM PATLI GALI SE HO LO, KAHIN YEH AAPKO BHI GAALI SHURU NA KAR DE. All said and done I agree with VENU on computer virus stuff.
K.Venugopal Monday, March 12, 2007 8:27:28 PM
Dear Rebound, I do not have any problems with abuse or dirty/harsh words. All are only forms of expression and if you listen, you will get to know a personality behind the words. A free for all on the internet is harmless - for words break no bones. The only enemy of this free medium is computer virus.

ArvindPande Monday, March 12, 2007 8:43:50 PM
Dear Rebound, I acknoledge your comments and will try to observe. FYI, MC and BC are common words used at home also, no offensive is taken. We should not apply same yardstick as urban western oriented english speaking minority to whole of Indians.

I am a veterinarian and the way the Bangalore Municipal Corporation has been going out on a killing spree butchering the helpless dogs is really shocking. Here's a research study which I wish to draw everyone's attention to. This research study gives clear evidence to prove that when a significant percentage of the dog population in a city are vaccinated and sterilized the number of cases of rabies can come down to zero. The city that has acheived it is Jaipur city. Here's the abstract. The paper was published in the September issue of the Veterinary Record, a prestigious British Journal.A programme to sterilise and vaccinate neighbourhood dogs against rabies was established in Jaipur, India. Neighbourhood dogs were captured humanely, sterilised surgically, vaccinated against rabies and, when they had recovered, released where they had been caught. Between November 1994 and December 2002, 24,986 dogs were treated in this way. Direct observational surveys of the local dog population indicated that 65 per cent of the females were sterilised and vaccinated, and that the population declined by 28 per cent. The records of human cases of rabies seen in the main government hospital of the city between January 1992 and December 2002 showed that the number of cases had declined to zero in the programme area but increased in other areas.Vet Rec. 2006 Sep 16;159(12):379-83.Erratum in:Vet Rec. 2006 Sep 23;159(13):414.Control of rabies in Jaipur, India, by the sterilisation and vaccination of neighbourhood dogs. Wonder why the comment I just postedhasn't shown up. It was about implementing an oral rabies vaccine program. This has worked well in other countries like the US and Europeto effectively eradicate rabiesin wildanimals.

Dog is best friend. Human friends will run away, but not dog.But when human life have no value today, what to speak of dogs? Solution is to sterilise all stary dogs, reduce population, also agrresion tendency. But Municipality thinks why spend on this, better chop all dogs and throw.

Watching Discovery, National Geography and Animal Planet channels has convinced me that if a new culture is to evolve wherein we focus much of our attention to studying and caring for animals, then in some mystical way they would also care for us. But since the majority of us eat animals, we will have to await the dawn of a new age to live in such a garden of Eden. Let us hope we don't hunt and kill all the animals before that.

Hon'ble President of India Sh. APJ Kalam asked a question.

HONOURABLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA Sh APJ KALAM ASKED A QUESTION!
What should we do to free our planet from terrorism?
THIS WAS THE QUESTION POSED BY OUR HONOURABLE PRESIDENT Sh APJ KALAM- in yahoo question answers, some two months back.
THIS IS NO DOUBT A CUT AND PASTE JOB
Human society, from origin until now, has always been at war within and between groups and has led to two World Wars. Presently, terrorism and low intensity warfare are affecting many parts if the world. As the current global population of 6 billion increases to 8 billion by 2025, national and international conflicts will continue to be a source of concern for humanity. There would be no terrorism if we refuse to be terrorised.

answer Monday, March 12, 2007 9:20:37 PM
The root of terorism is george bush(not US)....eradicate him and the world will be peaceful
yaveshrana Tuesday, March 13, 2007 9:27:24 AM
I agree with you VENUGOPAL,sir. But the question arises again, as to how do we infuse this spirit amongst all human beings? Venu, sir, can we find a more pragmatic and a practical solution? 'Answer'dear, Can be eradicate Terrorism by eliminating one individual? Aren't you thinking on the same lines as does G Bush? What is the difference? Bush will go out of office next year, do you mean to say world will be free of terrorism with effect from 2008 onwards. Let us be more realistic, sir. Let not HATRED OVERPOWER OUR SENSE OF REASON.
K.Venugopal Tuesday, March 13, 2007 8:35:01 PM
Dear Yaveshrana, The sprit that is required to defeat terrorism is fearlessness. We become fearless by being attentive. For, if we watch life and watch ourselves in the midst of life, we shall become fearless because we would understand that there is nothing to fear. The rest is about going in for the kill when opportunity arises.

Encourage Bloggers
The most basic need of us is clothes. and food and then a shelter. Once we get our basic needs we crave for something else. That something else mean many things to many people. Some want more money. Some want power. Some want emotional happiness. But some are bored easily. They go for rave parties to get more out of life. They think they can come out of it anytime. In front of them there are shining examples of our stars, socialites. Some resort to end their lives to end boredom induced depression and monotony in one go. Some write blogs whatever just to drive way our boredom . So please encourage bloggers to write. Bloggers are not getting any monetary benefits. They write just to express their views. Whatever their views may be. Let us offer constructive criticism where necessary. Fortunately the bone of contention POTD is no more. Let us be the unofficial editors and conscience keepers. We are doing free service to the nation and to ourselves.

I completely agree..boredom is one of the key factors for many people adopting wrong practices in life..that's why the saying "AN EMPTY MIND IS A DEVIL'S WORKSHOP". Again there are lots of constructive ways one can spend their time but its the urge to try something forbidden as its considered more exciting..just like its more fun to pluck fruits from neighbour's trees than to buy it and have even if there's enough money...

To be or not to be

Saturday, March 10, 2007
To be or not to be....
Today I saw two blogs - one commenting about the prolific blogs posted by a few, much of it being in the domain of religion etc., about the need to clean the blog space etc. and another one pleading for encouraging bloggers.
This reminded me of a story read by me in my younger days.
A painter painted two identical portraits. He kept one of them in a public place in the city, kept a can of red paint and a small brush by its side and left a message asking passers-by to mark the parts of the portrait which they considered was GOOD.
The painter returned in the evening to find that the entire portrait was marked by red paint by passers-by.
The next day, he kept the second identical portrait in the same place with a can of blue paint, a brush and a message, this time asking the passers-by to mark those parts of the portrait which they considered as BAD.
To his surprise, when he came back in the evening, he found that this time also the entire portrait was marked by blue colour.
Well, human nature is unpredictable, yet very predictable. At one level, people are like sheep - they tend to move by following whoever takes the lead, they tend to flow with the tide. After all, why should anyone take pains to disagree and argue?
At another level, ironically, people generally like to disagree with others and refute, criticise everything more out of an urge to show their superiority than because of their conviction about what they are arguing for.
Philosophically speaking, such divergences in human behaviour, the element of uncertainty or unpredictability, surely adds charm to an otherwise monotonous life.
So let's all keep blogging, as long as it costs only intellectually, not financially or socially.

Who made us? Part I

Saturday, March 10, 2007
Who Made Us? Part I
At some point in our lives, everybody asks the big questions: “Who made us,” and “Why are we here?”
So who did make us? Atheists speak of the Big Bang and evolution, whereas all others speak of God. Those who answer “I don’t know” are atheist for all intents and purposes, not because they deny God’s existence, but because they fail to affirm it.
Now, the Big Bang may explain the origin of the universe, but it doesn’t explain the origin of the primordial dust cloud. This dust cloud (which, according to the theory, drew together, compacted and then exploded) had to come from somewhere. After all, it contained enough matter to form not just our galaxy, but the billion other galaxies in the known universe. So where did that come from? Who, or what, created the primordial dust cloud?
Similarly, evolution may explain the fossil record, but it falls far short of explaining the quintessential essence of human life—the soul. We all have one. We feel its presence, we speak of its existence and at times pray for its salvation. But only the religious can explain where it came from. The theory of natural selection can explain many of the material aspects of living things, but it fails to explain the human soul.
Furthermore, anyone who studies the complexities of life and the universe cannot help but witness the signature of the Creator.[1] Whether or not people recognize these signs is another matter—as the old saying goes, denial isn’t just a river in Egypt. (Get it? Denial, spelled “de Nile” … the river Ni … oh, never mind.) The point is that if we see a painting, we know there is a painter. If we see a sculpture, we know there’s a sculptor; a pot, a potter. So when we view creation, shouldn’t we know there’s a Creator?
The concept that the universe exploded and then developed in balanced perfection through random events and natural selection is little different from the proposal that, by dropping bombs into a junkyard, sooner or later one of them will blow everything together into a perfect Mercedes. In the color and trim of our hearts’ desire, no less.
If there is one thing we know for certain, it is that without a controlling influence, all systems degenerate into chaos. The theories of the Big Bang and evolution propose the exact opposite, however—that chaos fostered perfection. Would it not be more reasonable to conclude that the Big Bang and evolution were controlled events? Controlled, that is, by the Creator?
The Arabs tell the tale of a nomad finding an exquisite palace at an oasis in the middle of an otherwise barren desert. When he asks how it was built, the owner tells him it was formed by the forces of nature. The wind shaped the rocks and blew them to the edge of this oasis, and then tumbled them together into the shape of the palace. Then it blew strands of sheep’s wool together into rugs and tapestries, stray wood together into furniture, doors, windowsills and trim, and positioned them in the palace at just the right locations. Lightning strikes melted sand into sheets of glass and blasted them into the window-frames, and smelted black sand into steel and shaped it into the fence and gate with perfect alignment and symmetry. The process took billions of years and only happened at this one place on earth—purely through coincidence.
When we finish rolling our eyes, we get the point. Obviously, the palace was built by design, not by happenstance. To what (or more to the point, to Whom), then, should we attribute the origin of items of infinitely greater complexity, such as our universe and our lives?
Another classic argument for atheism focuses upon what people perceive to be the imperfections of creation. These are the “How can there be a God if such-and-such happened?” arguments. The issue under discussion could be anything from a natural disaster to birth defects, from genocide to grandmother’s cancer. That’s not the point. The point is that denying God based upon what we perceive to be injustices of life presumes that a divine being would not have designed our lives to be anything other than perfect, and would have established justice on Earth.
Hmm … is there no other option?
We can just as easily propose that God did not design life on Earth to be paradise, but rather a test, the punishment or rewards of which are to be had in the next life, which is where God establishes his ultimate justice. In support of this concept we can well ask who suffered more injustices in their worldly lives than God’s favorites, which is to say the prophets? And who do we expect to occupy the highest stations in paradise, if not those who maintain true faith in the face of worldly adversity?
I would hope that, by this line of reasoning, we can agree upon the answer to the first “big question.” Who made us? Can we agree that if we are creation, God is the Creator?
If we can’t agree on this point, there probably isn’t much point in continuing. However, for those who do agree, let’s move on to “big question” number two—why are we here? What, in other words, is the purpose of life?

But who created God? If God was not created and always existed, then why can't creation also be eternal? The truth is that the creator and the created are the same, ever expressing itself variously and in one such expression, the creator and the creation appear separate, just like we and our dreams. And just like there are many dreamers, there are many Gods and yet the Gods and their creations are all one and the same.

Mr. Amitabh Bachhan - Man of the century????

Mr. Amitabh Bachhan Man of the century????
Saw the 60 second clip on Pranab Roy introducing Amitabh Bachan........sorry to say I do not agree.....popularity yes.....charisma yes..........but Impact......his impact quotient cuts a pathetic figure......let us not take film stars to the level at which they should not be......not even Amitabh Bachan......In his entire lifetime...he has hardly done anything which can be counted as impact.........to entertain yes...he has not even made an impact as much as the other man in the picture Mr.Pranab Roy....let us give due credit to persons who deserve it in this country...let us make the right kind of heroes in this country........let us not be taken in by the kind of American consumerism and idolism of the wrong kind of people. The media should take responsibility of showing true heroes of this great country......persons who are working hard to take this country to the top......and believe me in this.........entertainment is the least contributing factor in this.........it would not even matter if this film industry did not exist......think about it

Actually critically speaking the last ten years have been the worst years of Mr.Amitabh Bachhan?s life. He has shred to pieces every ideal he had created, and it is shameful. That proves one thing though that film-stars should never be idolized on the roles they do, a perfect example is Mr. Amitabh Bachhan. One thing though what he has achieved is what he could not earlier, and probably because he had the man with the right credentials to guide him, a politician. So finally he has learnt the ropes which he could not earlier. Now definitely he will even win because he has learnt what it takes to succeed in life today, to have no ideals and go where the cash is. What does he signify, only that success can be achieved if you forgo all that you stood for in your earlier years? His roles have left a bad taste in the mouth of his old admirers, like he has also now started performing for the front benchers. His interviews have turned more and more shocking smelling of a man who in his success has forgotten everything he got from society. Read this, in an interview, SEEDI BAATH, when asked by an interviewer asked doesn?t he think the movies are a bad influence on society with the kind of images it is projecting, his candid reply was ?Well, that is what is happening in the society, isn?t it?? when pressed again by Mr. Shukla, he reiterated again ?well what is wrong in that, it is happening all around, so what?? Quite the words of an elderly statesman, I am sorry to say.

But my problem is not with Mr. Amitabh. He is doing what is wants to do. My problem is with Pranab Roy, because having followed his lectures from the times of the world this week; I hardly would expect him to butter someone for commercial gain. For heaven?s sake Mr. Pranab Roy, It is only an industry for Entertainment. The same words of praise could only be used for person who has really made an impact, not titillation, which is what films are supposed to do today.

When a country starts projecting cricketers and film stars as the true heroes of the nation, one can only fear who would the youngsters would grow up idolizing. Where would it take us? When soldiers, scientists, social thinkers, social projects are sent to page 3 and when page 3 news becomes page 1, there you start knowing the country is loosing something.

Meditation will give more strength and regain form for cricket players
Meditation will give more strength and regain form for cricket players. The American justice Dept. have recently approved the power of yoga and meditation vide a recent judgement in the American court."Man Who Slapped Wife Sentenced to Yoga, It's Anger Management, Says Judge." First there was house arrest. Now there's yoga. A judge ordered a man convicted of slapping his wife to take a yoga class as part of his one-year probation. "It's part of anger management," County Criminal Court at Law Judge Larry Standley said of the ancient Hindu philosophy of exercise and well-being. "For people who are into it, it really calms them down. " Standley, a former prosecutor, said the case of James Lee Cross was unique. Cross, a 53-year-old car salesman from Tomball, explained that his wife was struggling with a substance abuse problem and that he struck her on New Year's Eve during an argument about her drinking. "He was trying to get a hold of her because she has a problem," Standley said after the court hearing. "I thought this would help him realize that he only has control over himself." The sentence came as a surprise to Cross, who was told to enroll in a class and report back to Standley on his progress. "I'm not very familiar with it," Cross said of yoga. "From what I understand, it may help in a couple ways, not only as far as mentally settling, but maybe a little weight loss." Darla Magee, an instructor at Yoga Body Houston in River Oaks, said she would recommend that Cross take a basic yoga class emphasizing breathing and including a variety of postures -- forward bends, back bends and twists. "Yoga can help us to get rid of many emotional issues we might have," she said. "It's a spiritual cleanse." Prosecutor Lincoln Goodwin agreed to a sentence of probation without jail time because Cross had no significant criminal history http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/metropolitan/2365341. Yoga which is one of the greatest Indian co tribution to the world has got vast potential in all fields. In Tihar jail India Yoga is experimented among the inamtes and found successful. Their criminal mentality is changed. This study aimed at investigating the effect of Vipassana Meditation (VM) on Quality of Life (QOL), Subjective Well-Being (SWB), and Criminal Propensity (CP) among inmates of Tihar Jail, Delhi. To this effect the following hypotheses were formulated. 1. There will be a significant positive effect of VM on the QOL of inmates of Tihar jail. 2. VM will have a positive and significant effect on SWB of inmates. 3. Criminal propensity (CP) of inmates will decrease significantly after attending the VM course. 4. There will be significant difference in SWB and CP of experimental (Vipassana) group and control (non-Vipassana) group. 5. Male and female inmates will differ significantly in SWB and CP, as a result of VM. In the famous "Time" magazine the importance meditation and yoga, an ancient Indian system, is high-lighted that the ancient mind- and spirit-enhancing art is becoming increasingly popular and gaining medical legitimacy. It is a multi billion dollar business in US. In many Universities it is accepted as subject and included in the Syllabus. In the latest famous book "Inspire! What Great Leaders Do" written by Mr.Lance Secretan recently published by John Wiley and sons, the benefit of meditation is elaborately described for good corporate governance. By practising transcendental meditation, or TM, many people have got relief from back pain, neck pain, depression. The mind calms and quiets, . What thoughts you have during meditation become clearer, more focused. Anger, anxiety and worries give way to a peace. In the world exhorbitant medical expeneses one can definitely make use of meditation. Maharshi Mahesh Yogi and Sri Ravi Sankar are poplarising this. The Iyengar Yoga institute in US is famous. In Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna has inspired Arjuna to rise from his depression by preaching Gita in the battlefield and to rise from the depression to do his duties. In Holy Gita we can see, being hidden by the cosmic overview of any institution beset with myriad problems, not the least of which is its lack of moral probity, there is a groundswell of educated people seeking answers to deeply personal but universally asked questions. Chie Executives taking lessons from yoga, meditation and learning how to deal with human resources equations in an enlightened manner. Individuals from every walk of life can get ideas of how to be better human beings, more balanced and less stressed out. Medical studies continue to show regular meditation working magic in reducing blood pressure and stress-related illnesses, including heart disease. Brain images show that regular meditation helps calm the most active sensory-assaulted parts of the brain. The ancient Hindu sage Patanjali who had mastered the secrets of the human mind has written a book "Yogasutra".In this book we can see how super powers can be achieved by meditation. It has both cosmic relevance and cosmic resonance. In spite of its universal appeal, for most people total control of mind remains an elusive goal and daunting task. From time immemorial, there have been many attempts throughout the world to unlock the mysteries of the mind and to achieve total control over it through a variety of techniques. One of the most powerful of these techniques is meditation.

Hassan Ali wealth Rs.35,000 crores

Hassan Ali wealth Rs.35000 crores
Ali is billionaire in black . He has accumulated wealth worth rupees 20000 to 30000 crores. Income Tax officials and other investigatig officials are sleeping .There are not only one Mr. Ali who have cheated the system. There are hundreds and thousands of person like Mr. Ali who buy Income Tax officials and do as per their whims and fancies to earn money and accumulate wealth. Not only them , even political parties are getting fund from such mischievous persons of the society. It is only the Media which can expose the malady prevailing in all departments in our country as also social evils .Government knows very well wherefrom money is pouring in stock market?Government also know how terrorists acquire fund and disturb the peace of the country?Who is after all bothered for safety and security of the country?Indian money is going in Swiss Bank is open secret for last 50 years and all measures said to have been taken by the government to curb spread of blackmoney and money laundering have failed. Why? Because corruption is rampant everywhere. Who will bell the cat?One after another committee will be set up to put carpet on the malady. No actual reformation takes place. Leaders of the country have got time to torture salaried class people and tax them to the maximum. Government officers have time to catch honest tax payers because they do not like to pay bribe so easily to IT people. Those who are indulged in heavy evasion of Income tax or any other tax ,buy tax officials and avoid payment of tax. This is the reason one after another Hassan Ali is caught. There are several Ali's in disguise of political leaders and government officers especially tax officials. In our coutry unfortunately honest tax payers are always treated as cheats and criminals and those who are really criminals are given place in the Parliament or state Assemblies or made the head of some PSU or some government departent.Time has come when person from foreign country will inspect our leaders working and advise or diretly punish corrupt leaders of the ountry

tale of 2 blogs
Rakshu's heart bleeds for the underdog. Nothing wrong says nothingtosay. Wealth creates wealth. Poverty creates poverty. Ideas create ideas. Blogs create blogs. Inequality is in every system. Yes. Even in Maoist China. Communist Russia. Poverty is a fact of life. Wealth is a fact of life. Inequality is a fact of life. Every year our honourable finance ministers announce schemes for poverty alleviation which ultimately benefit the rich. The profound blog about Nothingness by Tarun interests nothingtosay. We come from nothing. We go with nothing. In between we accumulate something. Poor accumulate more debt. Rich accumulate more money. Convergence takes place between everything. Cleanliness tries to keep dirt away. Dirt tries to come back. We feel hungry that is nothingness. After eating that nothingness vanishes only to return. Darkness is apparently nothing but it is full of many things. Death is the destination of life's journey to nothingness.

Media has been hyping the marriage of a person called Arun Nayyar with a lady called Liz, during the last few days. Every newspaper, every TV channel has been saying something or the other about this marriage almost every day.
Will anyone please list the contribution of these two people in fields such as science, technology, education, jurisprudence, arts, social work etc. to our country so that we can appreciate the importance and duration of news coverage given to their marriage by the media in perspective?

Let the media follow news stories it wishes to follow. Why should we grudge the media's freedom? We need to protest only if it is distorting news or spreading falsehood. In any case, the choice to read/view or not is ours.

The abode of god

the abode of god
Children, have you heard this story? God decided to create the world. His purpose was to give Himself a place to live. So as soon as He had created this beautiful earth full of trees and plants, animals and birds, mountains and valleys, God began to dwell here. Everything was perfect and God was leading a blissful life. Years rolled by until one day God made a mistake. He created human beings. From that day on, there was trouble. Night and day, the human beings complained to God. No matter what God was doing, whether He was eating or sleeping, they would come knocking on His door.
"The never-ending complaints drove Him crazy. God soon lost His peace of mind. No sooner was one problem solved than another one arose. The first man's solution became the second man's problem. One person wanted rain. But when God granted rain, another person would complain, 'God, how can you do this to me? My whole house is leaking. My crops are ruined.' Everything became a problem. No matter what God did, people complained.
"Eventually God asked His advisors to suggest a way out. One suggestion was that God should go to the Himalayas. But God said, 'No, no. People would soon come there.' 'What about the moon?' asked another of God's advisors. 'Soon man would also make his way there,' God replied. 'You, my good friends, cannot see the future,' continued God. 'But I can. No matter where I go, man will come to know about it. He will follow me and I will again be in trouble.'
"This statement was meant with silence. After some time an aged advisor stepped forward and whispered in God's ear. God's face brightened. 'Wonderful!' he exclaimed. The old man had suggested the perfect hiding place for God. 'Go and hide deep within man,' the wise man had advised. 'Yes. It is perfect,' was God's reply. 'Man would never think to look for Me inside himself. There is no chance that he will find Me there.'"
"Children,God is deep within us. He dwells there as innocence, as pure and innocent love. But the mind and its egoistic feelings veil this innocence. But it is always there. It has only been forgotten. You have to go deep within. You have to rediscover and remember."

A look into the Hindu scriptures and a conclusion to the subject

A look into the Hindu Scriptures, and a conclusion to the subject
Everything is God
The Hindu scriptures teach that there are many gods, incarnations of gods, persons of God and that everything is God, Brahman. In spite of the belief that the self (atman) of all living beings is actually Brahman, an oppressive caste system evolved in which the Brahmans, the priestly caste, possess spiritual supremacy by birth. They are the teachers of the Vedas and represent the ideal of ritual purity and social prestige. On the other hand, the Sudra caste are excluded from religious status and their sole duty in life is “to serve meekly” the other three castes and their thousands of subcastes.
According to Hindu monist philosophers, humankind’s purpose is the realization of their divinity and -following a path (marga) to emancipation (moksha) from the wheel of rebirth - the reabsorbtion of the human soul (atman) into the ultimate reality, Brahman. For those following the bhakti path, the purpose is to love God because God created humankind to “enjoy a relationship - as a father enjoys his children” (Srimad Bhagwatam). For the ordinary Hindu, the main aim of worldly life lies in conforming to social and ritual duties, to the traditional rules of conduct for one’s caste - the karma path.
Although most of the religion of the Vedic texts, which revolves around rituals of fire sacrifice, has been eclipsed by Hindu doctrines and practices found in other texts, the absolute authority and sacredness of the Veda remains a central tenet of virtually all Hindu sects and traditions. The Veda is composed of four collections, the oldest of which is the Rigveda (“Wisdom of the Verses”). In these texts, God is described in the most confusing terms. The religion reflected in the Rigveda is a polytheism mainly concerned with appeasing deities associated with the sky and the atmosphere, the most important of which were Indra (god of the heavens and rain), Baruna (guardian of the cosmic order), Agni (the sacrificial fire), and Surya (the Sun). In later Vedic texts, interest in the early Rigvedic gods declines, and polytheism begins to be replaced by a sacrificial pantheism to Prajapati (“Lord of Creatures”), who is the All. In the Upanishads (secret teachings concerning cosmic equations), Prajapati merges with the concept of Brahman, the supreme reality and substance of the universe, replacing any specific personification, thus transforming the mythology into abstract philosophy. If the contents of these scriptures were all that human beings had to choose from for guidance, one would have to conclude that God hid both Himself and the purpose of creation from humankind.
God is not the author of confusion, nor does He wish difficulty for mankind. Consequently, when He revealed His final communication to humankind one thousand four hundred years ago, He ensured that it was perfectly preserved for all of the generations of human beings to come. In that final scripture, the Quran (Koran), God revealed His purpose for creating mankind and, through His last prophet, He clarified all of the details which man could comprehend. It is on the basis of this revelation and the prophetic explanations that we [must] analyze the precise answers to the question “Why did God create man?”...

Quran is very clear on why Allah created man - He needed slaves for some untold reason. Fortunately, Hindu scriptures are still extant and we know that our destiny is not to be slaves of Allah but to discover our divinity.

Dear Venu,I would say this:Quran is very clear on why MO revealed quran - he needed slaves to fulfill his wishes (lust, power, wealth, sex with virgin child & daughter-in-law etc).Irshad said it right:"God is not the author of confusion". SInce quran is full of errors, absurdities, falacies and confusion, it cannot be from god but from pedo MO.Thanks Irshad for proving this.He was very successful in his fear mongering cult which has more than a billion slaves to his evil ideology. This is the only miracle of islam that it turns a human being into brain-dead zombie.

Those who want comfort in life have to seek conformity. The result if false compromise and hypocrisy. So dear come to Islam May Allaha guide you to right path
Infidel Wednesday, March 7, 2007 7:05:19 PM
Irshad, if you can prove the followings, I will come to the right path:1) Quran is word of true god2) Mo was the last prophet of true god,3) Islam is the only true religionGive it a try this time, as you could never answer a single question asked to you and your brothers.Good luck in seeking the truth (not islamic crap). May god (not allah) show you the right path.

Dear Friends & one arch enemy Infi! While I have to thank ALL of you for driving me to learn more about my own faith and Alhamdulillah I am learning and will be back one day ! I was not as prepared as Irshad and thanks to Venu & others I am preparing myself for that day Insha Allah. I understand every people have their own style of attacking or complimenting other religions BUT Asthagfirallah INFIDEL's VENOM is the worst of the Jahils. Insha Allah he remains cursed for Prophet Mohamed & now Insulting ALLAH SWT. Time will tell. ...and SOON. Thanks to ALL bloggers for having put up with me AND I WILL BE BACK AFTER 6 months !
muneerudeen Thursday, March 8, 2007 1:33:29 AM
Irshad! Please for ALLAh's sake DO NOT FALL INTO INFI's TRAP.I would advice the same to Ajmal and let him concentrate on his studies.I have chosen a path to study more and learn arabic at 50+ just because of this same INFI's TRAP ! Alhamdulillah MY EIMAN is stronger and will grow Insha ALLAH and I will be back-better educated in my own religion THANKS to these INFIDELS ! ALhamdulillah & Allahu Akbar !
Infidel Thursday, March 8, 2007 3:20:28 AM
At last you commented muneer. Thanks for the compliments. Atleast I could inspire you to know your cult better and to learn arabic also. You should be thankful to we infidels.YOur curse didn't work till date and will never work. you know why, because islam is fake, MO is false prophet and quran is a crap book.Curse hard and learn islam harder. And don't forget to find the answers to all my questions while learning your evil cult. Just to remind you, please come up with some good logical answers. Take 1 year instead of 6 months, I won't mind. While you learn ABC of Islam, also ask yourself that whether you get aroused by a 6 years old girl and will you give your granddaughter of 9 years to a grandpa of your age. If yes, then only you will be a perfect follower of your pedo MO.LOLI hope you will see the errors in quran this time, when questiones asked by me will be always dancing in your mind while you learn islam.Best of luck for seeking the truth. May god (not allah) show you the right path.PS:None of the zombies could answer any of my questions yet. They are all like you muneer, they only know abusing and name calling. May god be with them as well.
Infidel Thursday, March 8, 2007 3:30:07 AM
Dear Muneer,I am sure that if you learn islam seriously, you will leave it as soon as you understand the TRAP in it.It's not my trap, it's islam's trap which has restricted you to think logically and answer rationally. Preconcieved notions like quran is god' word had snatched thinking power from you people. While learning islam, analyze rationally by yourself about what is written in quran and sunnah and don't go by mullah's words, otherwise you will end up at square one.One suggestion, read quran by keeping in mind that it was told by pedo MO and not by god. YOu will see the truth in any two surah of your choice. Good luck.

Appeal for Support - www.loksattaparty.org
I got this mail yesterday from Mr. Jayaprakash Narayan, National Coordinator, LOK SATTA Party and thought of sharing this with you all. He has not asked me to forward the message and I am not asking you to join the party or contribute.. its just I am sharing this info...
this is FYI only.
Appeal for Support
Dear Friend,
We are pleased to inform you that Lok Satta Party (LSP), launched on October 2, 2006, has been officially registered by the Election Commission. Our party?s goals are national and transcend religion, caste, region, and language. We are focusing on Andhra Pradesh (AP) for the time being because we believe that the viability of a new political culture must first be established in one major state. Nearly 200,000 reform minded citizens have already become party members; chapters have been established in every district and most towns of AP. (The latest developments, reports, and media coverage on the party?s activities can be accessed at www.loksattaparty.org. Information is availably primarily in English and Telugu, and sometimes in Hindi and Urdu.)It is a well-known fact that mainstream political parties in India depend on illegal money and muscle power. They disclose only a paltry sum of a few crores, while concealing fundraising to the tune of hundreds of crores. One of the main objectives of LSP is to change this political culture and make politics the noble endeavour it ought to be. Lok Satta will be the first mainstream Indian political party to raise and deploy funds in a fully transparent manner, as per the letter and spirit of the law. All expenditure by LSP and its electoral candidates will be strictly within legal limits and used only for legitimate campaigning purposes. Lok Satta?s success depends upon a broad coalition of Indian citizens who are committed to ushering in a new age of politics in our country. To bring this change to fruition Lok Satta Party needs your intellectual, moral, and more importantly financial support. We encourage you to commit your time and resources; your monetary contributions are crucial for our activities. All contributions to the party are fully exempt from income tax under the Indian law. There is no legal limit on individual contributions and Indian citizens, wherever they live, can contribute to LSP by:? Sending a cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Lok Satta Party and addressed to our mailing address provided below.? Transferring funds from anywhere in the world through secure wire/online/credit card transfers to LSP?s bank account in Hyderabad, India. You can also use this facility to easily set up recurring contributions from your bank account to LSP?s account. Please see attached note for an explanation of various contribution options and for legal and regulatory reminders. All contributions to LSP will be duly acknowledged with a formal receipt and tax exemption documents. The party will fully comply with the legal disclosure requirements. Contributors who wish to have their name and/or contribution amount publicly disclosed via our online and print reports can inform us of this choice. The financial accounts of LSP will be audited and available for public scrutiny on a permanent basis. All active members of LSP will contribute a fixed percentage of their annual income to support party activities. Lok Satta Party is determined to make tangible differences in our society and politics. With your help we can create a credible, democratic, and effective platform. Join us in our struggle for good governance and clean politics. Please do circulate this letter to your friends who wish to support the cause of a better democracy. With warm regards,Jayaprakash NarayanNational CoordinatorLOK SATTA Party(Please see next two pages for directions for Indian citizens residing in India and Indian citizens residing abroad)Lok Satta Party, H.No. 5-10-180/A&A1, Bandline, Adarsh Nagar, Hyderabad- 500 063Tel: (+91) ?040 - 2323 - 2829 / 2711 / 1818 / 3637/ 2329 9227;Email: info@loksattaparty.com; Url: www.loksattaparty.org

Why does Mr. Jayaprakash Narayan say, "To bring this change to fruition Lok Satta Party needs your intellectual, moral, and MORE IMPORTANTLY FINANCIAL support? Someone who ranks financial support higher than intellectual and moral support is a wee bit too pragmatic for me.
