In reply to venugopals offer to see New Light
I entirely agree with you.To lift ourselves out of the morass we have sunk into it requires an effort.Ant that effort has to come from individuals.Where there is no place for colour/caste creed/religion.Unfortunately our bloger friends arent able to appreciate it.They think every think thats blogged is out to portray them as villains.Only if and when they are able to come out of it,we would have a much better country ,than what our past leaders wanted it.My whole hearted participations assured.I dont have any ill will against those who dont agree with my views. This country of ours is a great country and am proud to be a citizen.Would do my best for you to succeed in your mission.Already people have branded as one and the same .Only if they had the patience to verify, they would have known we are two different souls but attracted towards same goal of India shining.Thank you friends who patiently read through. And a good night and better tommorow.

By and large our Supreme Court is doing a good job spelling out with clarity the provisions of our Constitution and protecting its spirit without compromise. Mr. Radhakrishnan, you are being unfair. We are still a democratic and rule-of-law nation. Politicians are a selfish lot, but not all. There are many who are dedicated and upright. Our constitution cannot be a static document. It must also reflect the spirit of the times and therefore it needs to be amended as and when required. Only our core values of secularism and freedom should ever be cherished and not be allowed to be upturned.

Yes Mr.Venugopal,I agree that judiciary has been doing an excellent job under adverse conditions.Without realising that they are doing wrong our politicians and bureacrats in their misguided enthuiasism to uplift those who are backward both economicaly and socialy try to do an injustice on those who have nothing to do with it in the first place.Without disturbing the fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution they are finding it more and difficult to bring in Changes. How can you say that fundamental rights guranteed int the constitution be disturbed because it suits changing times/trends.Fundamental rights were arrived after great delibrations amongst the best of legal minds of the country and has stood the test of time. There is no question of amending them.Yes I agree our core values of secularism and freedom of individual should be respected and cherished. There is no arguments over that
