Thursday, December 7, 2006 kashmir and the kashmir problem. kashmir has remained one of the biggest issues of the sub-contenent. kashmir selles like a hot cake, every one wants to make his own profit no one think abount the innocent kashmirs .From one side india keeps his wait behind that kashmir is the intergal part of india and on the other side pakistan claims kashmir as their back bone. No one is bothered to see what atrocities are going on in kashmir. All kashmirs know its fight to capture land and resources, both countries are behind the natural resources no one thinks abount the future of innocent kashmirs . Everyone here in valley is denied simple human rights. Peopkle in valley suffer in many ways whether its by army , police or govt. infact if we define the state govt its the puppet in the hands of central govt . People of kashmir are denied the right to choose and right to speek, if at all anybody talks he is simply kept behind the bars ,no law and order no rules and regulations army has its own rules police comes up with their own and govt dictates in deffent terms. It is tragic to say that people of valley get electricity for less then 8 hours, state which supplies electricity to full northern region but no one is thier to ask question to govt. about the shortage of electricity. Development for kashmirs is miles away because every govt comes up with their own agenda and keeps changing the protocol of the previous one no one here is to ask everyone dictates in its own way. Solving the issue without the aspirations and wihes of kashmirs will be a disaster , peolpe sitting in islamabad and new dehli can not solve this untill and unless local kashmiri is not involved . Actually it is a Muslim problem. The Muslim folks conveniently cleansed the Valley of Hindus. Where was "Kashmiriat" then? Kashmir proves that the Muslims when in minority are turbulent and when in majority are intolerant. Islam caused the partition of India once. Should we allow Islam to cause another partition?
