Right to information and NDTV

Monday, December 18, 2006 Right to Information & NDTV NDTV is running a RTI Campaign on its Website. It shows its commitment to ensure right to information, so vital to democracy and the people. I have written to NDTV for providing following information from about its discussion forum (Message Central): a) what are aims & objectives of starting this discussion forum? b) who administers this forum? c) who are the moderators moderating this forum? d) what are the guidelines for moderation? e) how NDTV ensures that there is no discrimination in moderation? f) who has the right to decide to allow or block messages and what are the criteria for this? g) who is to be approached for any problem being faced on the forum?
