Why adult material

Why adult materials
I fully disagree with Supreme Court ruling on banning of adult material in the newspaper. We are living in a society which never permits viewing of adult material through newspaper or TV or Internet. But still people those who like to view the same manage it somehow or other .There are several Internet sites, magazines and TV channels which provide adult material freely. All these are wrong and wrong only and never desirable for healthy growth of society and for sustenance of our Indian culture inherited from our elders. Our country's level of education is too poor to compete and equate with developed countries like US or UK. European culture is more permissive and liberal compared to that what prevails in our country. As such any attempt to copy the foreign culture in our country will prove to be suicidal and we have been silent spectator of great erosion in our social standards, moral values, family unity and cohesiveness and finally peace and unity of the society.
As a matter of fact even our adults are that much educated which can digest peacefully the effects of adult materials even in newspaper, not to speak of what is available in TV ad internet. What will happen when our children will view ugly scenes? It will definitely and undoubtedly adversely affect the mentality of the child. Children will avoid study and concentrate more of adult materials and explore the inside story slowly and indulge in unwarranted and untimely sexual activities. Crime will grow, social imbalance will increase. As a result standard of education will deteriorate. AS of now Indians are said to be talented and they are given needed in USA, UK and many other countries. Indian students get prestigious posts in foreign countries ore compared to what they get in our own country. Because foreign students spoil their precious time in sexual activities while in study and hence they are often poor in education. There is huge potential in Indian students and there is huge demand for Indian students passed from prestigious colleges in our country.
In such perspective I find the ruling of Supreme Court as wrong and I condemn the same.
Already there is foreign conspiracy to weaken our country by providing sexual materials through Internet and TV channels and it is unfortunate that our government has been a complete failure in stopping their plan to be executed. Our country has framed several policies and enacted several laws to check unwarranted publishing of ugly materials and picturisation of adult material in films but miserably failed to put the laws in action. There are various censor boards and central and state level bodies to monitor adult material publication and picturisation but they befool the nation by allowing all ugly scenes in newspaper and TV just for the sake of some money in return from the producer of the adult film.
Again therefore there is an urgent need of one PIL against the ruling of the Apex court refusing to ban publicizing adult materials in the name of children.
All man and woman indulge in sexual activity after marriage but always in a closed room. If they do the same in open before the family and on the road, there will be no difference and man and animal. Similarly if someone wants to read adult material and view porno he can view the same in a closed room . Who is going to stop him if one indulges in sexual activity in his room? But all adult come in open and perform sexual dance on the road what will happen t our society. Even if foreign countries there is some discipline and there are some authorized centre where one can perform what he likes and view the ugly scenes as per his choice. It is need of the hour that the ruling of the Supreme court is nullified by some act by Indian government or meaningful movement by some social bodies who really believe in social values.

Danendra Jain's arguments are almost irrefutable. We fear that our children will be misled and this is a valid fear. However, if access to explicit sex material is easily available, children would take it in their stride in their growing up years. It is only when there is a secretiveness about the whole affair that children's curiosity is whet, they become peeping-toms and their imagination runs riot. I concede this is a very delicate issue,
