This is part of a continuous process to enlighten ourselves about Brahma -Allah-,Religion, Quran-Vedas, Puranas,Prophets-Gurus- and so called present day self made GODS !

I have decided NOT to take your advice and discuss personal views about religion only in personal Emails and thus have brought this out in the open for a healthy discussion •NOT confrontation I read your NEW Blog •to Rocking & Macho Man and I did post some short comments on those ! BUT like I have always said • maybe you are working for NDTV in Fort, Mumbai and thus your detailed comments almost always get posted • WHEN all OUR detailed comments ALWAYS get Rejected ! Its frustrating when you cannot reply on the same blog and have to create a new blog to comment on an old blog !
Anyway coming to our points for discussion _ (Not Confrontation -Venuji !)
A. Your 13 point reply to Mr Rocking is replied at the bottom•point by point !
B. Your reply to Macho-Man & Citizen Kane is also taken up !
C. Your Contradiction- collision • correction - confusion- comments are also taken up !
D. Your Comment to Hindu Icon Blog Therefore a Hindu, imbibed in the ethos of Hindu culture, can accept Islam as also a path to God.
E. Again your Comment • “Therefore whatever Islam is, Hinduism is greater. Both are definitely not in the same league.
F. Some bloggers have taken exception to CUT PASTE jobs • I agree it should be kept short and to the point • BUT what to do when people like Venuji-camouflage a whole paragraph in ONE WORD • It does need explanation for our interested bloggers - So here goes !

The Ultimate difference between ALL these Qaums (Peoples) and the Muslims is that we all believe that there is ONE ALLAH and HE begets not nor is HE begotten- HE is the Creator of the heavens & the Earth and ALL that is In Between !

1. First and foremost, I would like to make clear that I am not questioning the faith of Muslims or anyone’s faith whatsoever. Faith can move mountains. No one can question another’s faith for the simple reason that is a very personal matter. But trying to pass off faith as fact can certainly be questioned.
IF FAITH MOVED MOUNTAINS-HIMALAYAS SHOULD BE IN JAPAN AND MOUNT FUJI IN ALASKA ! FAITH IS PERSONAL AND DIFFERENT FROM FACTS OF RELIGION AND WORDS OF WISDOM •BUT WITHOUT FAITH- THE ABC OF RELIIGION- YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND RELIGION !
2. What I said was “God is not rotating the earth like you and I rotate a top.” Everything is consciousness, but it is only man who is conscious that he is conscious. We and the top are separate because the top is not conscious of itself whereas we are. God on the other hand is nothing other than consciousness. Therefore God and his creation are not separate.

3. The drama of creation presents itself before us due to the pulsating nature of consciousness. 5. Issac Newton’s theory about a thing remaining in a state until and unless a force acts upon it is what we observe in our material world. The material world is only the solidified state of consciousness. THEN WHAT IS THE LIQUID FORM OF CONCOIUSNESS . SWEAT ! AFTER PRANAYAMA ?????
6. Do you remember Newton’s theory that matter can neither be created nor destroyed? There is no place for a creator God in this theory, is there?

7. In Islamic reasoning there is a simple answer to everything • Allah did it, Allah created it, Allah said it, only Allah knows etc. Since Islam believes the Creator-created separation, I ask, who created Allah? Or is this a taboo question?

8. Is a Muslim required to remember Allah with every breath of his? This is great. But what does it mean ‘to remember’ Does it not mean that Allah should be in our consciousness every moment? If you really do it, a moment will come when your consciousness becomes Allah. And such a person would say, Ane Al Haq, or Aham Brahmasmi • I am God.
AGAIN •ANE AL HAQ -- HAQ MEANS TRUTH • NOT GOD ! AND MAYBE AHAM BRAHASMI MAY MEAN THAT • BUT IT IS ONLY IN THE VEDAS !
9. The power Sufi saints have is because they are highly spiritual. The disconnect with Sufis is the major cause of problems in Islam. Many Muslims do not consider the Sufis to be Muslims at all.
SUFIS- ARE SPIRITUAL- NOT IN RIGHT SENSE. THEY ARE IN A TRANCE • A STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS •WHERE THEY ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SPIRITS- (NOT ALLAH ) BUT SOME VERY PIOUS SERVANTS OF ALLAH • DO MANAGE TO COMMUNICATE WITH A HIGHER BEING WHICH ADVICES IN DOING GOOD- BUT NOT ALWWAYS !AND SUFIS CANNOT GO INTO A TRANCE WITHOUT LOUD MUSIC • OR THE EXTREME OPPOSITE- COMPLETE SOLITUDE ! • COMMON MAN ATTEMPTS TO COMMUNICATE WITH GOD-ALLAH- IN HIS NORMAL STATE •NOT IN A TRANCE !
ISLAM FORBIDS PRAYERS IN AN INTOXICATED MANNER •WEATHER IN A TRANCE • OR INIBERATED !- PRAYER IS ONLY IN NORMAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND CANNOT BE PERFORMED IN AN UNCONSCIOUS OR UNCLEAN STATE OF MIND AND BODY !
10. Allah’s tradition of choosing a man and appointing him as a messenger is fine. But the claim that the tradition ended with Mohammad is inexplicable, except that it is written in the Quran.

11. What you mention about Mohammad sitting in the Nabavi mosque suggests, to me, that Mohammad was meditating and in the trance lost consciousness of his surroundings. However I am not able to imagine the pose he was in when you talk of ‘lap on lap’. In meditation, particularly if accompanied by pranayama, you sweat profusely. I do not know why Mohammad gained weight and his face became red. Do you?

12. You say Mohammad did not know how to read and write. For self realization neither is required. Mohammad certainly knew many things about the Jews - from them he borrowed at least the idea of circumcision and skull cap.

13. It appears that Mohammad had relapses on his spiritual path, which alone helps to reconcile many contradictory verses in the Quran. (One verse says that if you kill one man you have killed mankind and another verses says ‘slay them’.)

K.VENUGOPAL : You've got a good point, Infidel. I can think of at least 2 things that are well known among Hindus but science (modern science, that is) is yet to discover. (1) The Kundalini power situated at the base of the spine. In fact, I believe the science of the future would be a pursuit of this power. (2) The power that is generated in temples by tantric techniques of consecration. This is a power like the power of electricity or the power of gravity or the magnetic power………. Therefore a Hindu, imbibed in the ethos of Hindu culture, can accept Islam as also a path to God.……………………. Of course, nothing should be taken out of context. But what is the ultimate context? I would say that the ultimate context is the stage of non-duality, where the creator and the created are one. In this context all texts can be reconciled. Any context less than this would only foster 'we' and 'they' dichotomy……………….Mancho Man, This is exactly what I am saying, "It is not unusual or a novel thing which had happened with Prophet Muhammad". But you folks are making it out that Islam is the only true religion and God stopped talking to anyone since the 7th century.
Who is waiting for science to discover kundalini power ?/ .Tantric power is all used up during “Kumbha Abhishekam “ & rituals ! again you say Allah is everone and everyone is ALLAH ??? Spirituality is a way to acheive the goodwill of God. And for your kind information in india itself there existed so many spiritual personalities like The khaja Gareeb Nawaz in Ajmer and Khaja Nizam uddin Auliya in Delhi where thousand of people visit without the discrimination of Religion or caste and get benefitted with their spiritual power. I hope i have cleared your misconception about Islam.

Dear Rocking, I understand you but I disagree with you. Loyalty is all about identity and identity is the very antithesis of spirituality. Spirituality is about freedom from all sorts of identity, that is, all forms of limitations. (In case our definitions of 'spirituality' are different, I wish to say that by spirituality I mean living without a psychological dependence on anything, including God.)Khaja Gareeb Nawaz in Ajmer and Khaja Nizamuddin Auliya in Delhi are Sufi personages and Sufis, if I am not mistaken, are past-masters in the final let-go of identities.

Stop this unnecessary debate on "WHO IS BETTER". All of you are fools if you think you can convince each other. "YOU ARGUE NOT TO CONVINCE OTHERS BUT TO STRENGTHEN YOUR PREJUDICES". Spirituality, Religion and Humanity are three separate things. First learn to love HUMANITY before you seek union with your GOD and RELIGION. No religion is better than other. You can keep criticising LORD KRISHANA, PROPHET MOHAMMED and JESUS CHRIST. They were all HUMAN BEINGS first then messengers/ incarnation of god. Nothing was revealed to them, it was their superior INTELLECT which wove the web of GODLINESS about them. GOD is beyond HUMAN FORM. He controls 87 GALAXIES-each with 87 solar systems-each with 9-10 planets. BEYOND ALL OF YOU to COMPREHEND this.

Even within every religion, be it ISLAM or HINDUISM or CHRISTANITY there is no uniformity of the believers. Beliefs of ARYA SMAJISTS n SANATAN DHARM FOLLOWERS in HINDUISM or for that matter SHIAS n SUNNIS in ISLAM or even CATHOLICS n PROTESTENTS IN CHRISTANITY are different. MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT ISLAM- WHY DO WE WORSHIP ?
Everything apart from God, such as humans, angels, and spirits, are created by God. Thus, creation should not be adored and worshipped as God. No created being owns or controls anything in the universe and, therefore, can neither harm nor benefit without God’s permission. God asks us rhetorically, how can we worship other beings besides Him while we know deep inside that God has no equal or rival? Due to this, God, and none other, has the sole right to command and He, and none else, deserves our strict obedience. He deserves to be singled out in all acts of worship, without association of any partners
O mankind, worship your Lord who has created you and those before you, that you may become righteous. He Who has made the earth a resting-place for you and the sky a canopy, and has sent down water from the sky and thereby brought forth fruits for your sustenance. Do not, then, claim that there is any power that could rival God, when you know.” (Quran 2:21,22)
So often we see worship in other religions being reduced to dry, empty rituals. God informs us in this verse that the goal of worship is to achieve Taqwa. In most Quran translations, Taqwa is translated as fear, piety, or righteousness. Perhaps a more accurate translation is ‘God-consciousness’ or ‘God-awareness.’ Taqwa is to be aware of God’s presence at all times and to put a shield between oneself and God’s displeasure by doing what is right. God does not benefit and is not in need of our worship, rather worship, as all His other commandments, is of benefit to our own selves. When a person worships God, they are reminded about Him, and in turn reminded of the purpose of their life, and they themselves will be discouraged from committing vein and evil deeds. These reminders lead to Taqwa or God-consciousness.
Human beings did not appear out of nowhere, but rather God is the One who brought them into being out of nothingness. After their creation, God did not leave them on their own, rather He took care of them when they were in the womb of their mothers, and God has been caring for them throughout their life by providing for them various sources of sustenance. He created things in this life in such a way that they would be of benefit and comfort for people. Therefore, it is the Sole right of God • who created us and those who came before us - that He be worshipped, for it is He and none else who provided us these things.
God has said in the Quran about one of the evil unbelievers who forbade the Prophet Muhammad, may God praise him, from praying at the Kaaba:
“No! If he does not stop, We will take him by the naseyah (front of the head), a lying, sinful naseyah (front of the head)!” (Quran 96:15-16)
Why did the Quran describe the front of the head as being lying and sinful? Why didn’t the Quran say that the person was lying and sinful? What is the relationship between the front of the head and lying and sinfulness.

In the Holy Quran, God speaks about the stages of man’s embryonic development:
“We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)…” (Quran 23:12-14)
Analyse the following two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. S.A.W) (Hadeeths)
“In every one of you, all components of your creation are collected together in your mother’s womb by forty days...”
“If forty-two nights have passed over the embryo, God sends an angel to it, who shapes it and creates its hearing, vision, skin, flesh, and bones....”
How could Muhammad, may God praise him, have possibly known all this 1400 years ago, when scientists have only recently discovered this using advanced equipment and powerful microscopes which did not exist at that time? Although Aristotle, the founder of the science of embryology, realized that chick embryos developed in stages from his studies of hen’s eggs in the fourth century B.C., he did not give any details about these stages. As far as it is known from the history of embryology, little was known about the staging and classification of human embryos until the twentieth century. For this reason, the descriptions of the human embryo in the Quran cannot be based on scientific knowledge in the seventh century. The only reasonable conclusion is: these descriptions were revealed to Muhammad from God. He could not have known such details because he was an illiterate man with absolutely no scientific training.”
Dr. T. V. N. Persaud an Indian Hindu Scientist - is Professor of Anatomy, Professor of Pediatrics and Child Health, and Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. There, he was the Chairman of the Department of Anatomy for 16 years. He is well-known in his field. He is the author or editor of 22 textbooks and has published over 181 scientific papers. In 1991, he received the most distinguished award presented in the field of anatomy in Canada, the J.C.B. Grant Award from the Canadian Association of Anatomists. When he was asked about the scientific miracles in the Quran which he has researched, he stated the following: “The way it was explained to me is that Muhammad was a very ordinary man. He could not read, didn’t know [how] to write. In fact, he was an illiterate. And we’re talking about twelve [actually about fourteen] hundred years ago. You have someone illiterate making profound pronouncements and statements and that are amazingly accurate about scientific nature. And I personally can’t see how this could be a mere chance. There are too many accuracies and, like Dr. Moore, I have no difficulty in my mind that this is a divine inspiration or revelation which led him to these statements.”
Dr. Joe Leigh Simpson is the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Professor of Molecular and Human Genetics at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA. He studied these two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad extensively, noting that the first forty days constitute a clearly distinguishable stage of embryo-genesis.
“Summary: The Quran describes not only the development of external form, but emphasizes also the internal stages, the stages inside the embryo, of its creation and development, emphasizing major events recognized by contemporary science.”
· Could it be a coincidence that all this recently discovered scientific information from different fields was mentioned in the Quran, which was revealed fourteen centuries ago?
· Could this Quran have been authored by Muhammad, may God praise him, or by any other human being?
The only possible answer is that this Quran must be the literal word of God, revealed by Him.

Dear Muneerudeenji,What is worship of God? Does it mean only the 5 times prayer? Or is the whole of living a worship? If it is the later, then that can be possible only when we have awakened to our higher self, seeing creation as a reflection of our self. If it is the former, then worship is an expression of loyalty (complete with the bows). Loyalty turns us into slaves and robots, while awakening transforms us to divinity. (Funny that the Muslims are saying that this is exactly what Allah has made us for and that they are proud to be slaves of Allah. What a perverted view of religion.) Dr. Zakir Hussain, the writer of the article quoted by you, says that Taqwa is translated as God-consciousness or God-awareness. Now since God is not something you can grasp by your five senses, He has to be grasped by our inner faculties. This is possible only if God is within us, and he can be within us only as a spirit. That spirit is our own life, our soul, our atma, our consciousness. We are that atma and therefore we are God. We are not separate from God. If we were, then our consciousness of God will only be as an object of our senses and God will be reduced to a mere idol for us. Anything that can be grasped by the five senses is a material object, an idol. Since Muslims proclaim they are not idol worshippers, they have to accept that true worship is to finally realize that we are God – not be his slave. Slaves do things. The final act is to go beyond activity and become. The slave becomes the master. This leads to the conclusion that God never created anything, everything always existed in its essence, which essence, on the principle of involution and evolution, is the stage for this so called drama of creation.

Veugopal ok i take your point for some time and accept that we are God.Now tell are we (you and me)rotating and revolving the earth, due to which days and nights are happening and also the seasons are changing.or there is some power which is doing all.Now tell me shall i accept your view that we are God.If we are God then why dont we have the power to rotate and revolve the earth and other planets.

Dear Rocking, God is not rotating the earth like you and I rotate a top. If we recognise God as consciousness, I have no objection. Because we are also essentially consciousness - both movement and stillness are consciousness. You have a God who needs someone (Mohammad) to take down a dictation over a period of many years in bits and pieces(was Gabriel in between?) which in turn he dictates to others and the book is finally out in its one and only edition after his death. What a long winded way for the Earth Spinner to communicate with his creation! Believe me, what happened was that Mohammad meditated, discovered himself and expressed his experience and that's the Quran. This is not a unique phenomenon in the history of mankind. Al Hillaj Mansoor said "Ane Al Haq" (I am God) and the Muslims killed him for it and thereby killed their chance to understand the true nature of God. So there you are Muslims, still thinking that God is a King sitting out there in the heavens and still in the process of doing things. What a busy man He must be! May a modern Al Hillaj Mansoor come along and enlighten you.

Muneerbhai, you must have had a hard time to figure out the names of non-islamic terror groups (in you section Present Day Events)finally you managed to list IRA (long defunct as a Terror group), ULFA (fighting for its'survival), LTTE (agree as a terror group) Shiv Sena & RSS (nobody except Muslims beleive they belong here)
