why prostitution is not legal in india?
It looks bit strange but who does not know that there is paid sx every where in this world and prostiution is still a very big profession and an industry , it is actually a very old prefession and i dunno wanna to say but each holy book speaks about it
If it can be legal in west , why not indian govt. legalize brothels in india . From where they can even get income tax .Strict health and safety measures should be there which will save lot of ppl from diseases , and their services should be only for adults and they should be out of high residential areas ?

Good some guys are Looking into it .Take any of the G8 countries for having sex there you don?t need to wait till marriage. It is very hard for the conservative Indians to digest so don?t get upset and give up. It should be a matter of time. Sex is a very natural thing like hunger. There is nothing to hide in it. Here in India sex is done only for reproduction !! So get growing at lest in population

Dear Amit Kaushal,Prostitution is not only about sex. It is also about victims forced into the trade by fraud or out of poverty. Legalising it should not lead to more exploitation.

Stop this subject here. We are conservative and we do not support such immoral activity. No ladies willingly will give her body to another person.In our religion it is treated as sacred. Due to force nd no means of lively hood thay come to this trade.They should be pitied.Proper blockade is required to stop involving these hapless ladies.So stop writing such blogs in support of prostitution.

who here does not agree that there is forced prostution in india , if it legalize , ladies willing to work in this trade would work About India , i am more Indian than anybody else I lived in India for long 18 yrs and here in west not that long .. Anyways I support a local charitable trust in the city i come from and may be donated more than all of you have done collectively Regards to my education i did my bachelors from buss. school which in top 20 b instiutes in the world I think you ppl r sick and can not digest somebody giving his views

WHY GLORIFY THIS TRADE ? IT IS VERY WELL KNOWN THAT VAST MAJORITY OF WOMEN ARE FORCED INTO THIS PROFESSION. WOMEN ARE EXPLOITED BEYOND COMPREHENSION IN THIS SO-CALLED PROFESSION. INSTEAD ONE SHOULD LOOK AT REHABILITATION OF THIS WOMEN RATHER THAN EXPLOITING THEM MORE.
