NICE GUYS FINISH LAST!!
Well,how many times have we heard it?be nice..nice guys are always winners,nice guys always lead and nice guys always stay ahead.nice thought but in today's world..nice guys truly finish last!!
Well think about it...you don't have to be an einstein to realise it....i mean its evident from the sorry and pathetic lives we live.we want that new job,we act the most nice to the boss,suddenly work overtime for lesser wages,update our presentations to perfection,sweat out our blood to impress the management and on the day the job is given,the boss's nephew,the office politician,walks away with the job smiling as we stare....nice guys finish last!!
We work our heart out for that test tomorrow,go over our concepts again and again,drown in books,revise without eat or sleep.we wrok like dogs to secure a good grade...we think hard work and practice is the key to excellence...we leave no stone unturned for succes...we push ourselves to the limit for securing that grade and finaly the boy stiitng next to us,that little piece of paper secretly folded in his palm,carrying all the formulas,walks away with a better grade than us,smirking as we stare..nice guys finish last!!
We want that new cable tv or electricity connection in our house..we pay great sums to the authorities..and then watch in horror as or neighbour gets the connection way ahead of time..just a little bribery..our case is still lost under the red tape...we can only dream of a better world..and sit idle in the present.we lodge a complaint bout any misdeed...the next day we spot the person against whom the complaint was registered and the police sharing a cup of tea together..our complaint has fallen on deaf ears..nice guys finish last!!
Finally,we give all to win the heart of the new girl in college.we put on our best behaviour and best dresses,the sweetest of smiles hang on our lips,we help her out in every little way,listen to her every demand..find ourselves blessed getting one reply from her.finally we work up the courage,take her to a monlit candlelight dinner and propose..she politely rejects us!!heartbroken we find hr the next day holding hands,and going around with the collage troublemaker,a rich and spoilt characterless brat.she waves at us from his new sportscar,he grins as we stare..nice guys truly finish last!!!!

Nice Guys should not take no for an answer specially when it comes to the matter of heart. For other things, pick up your battles and decide if you wish to fight or not.Cowardice and being nice are two different things and I hope, nice guys know the difference.

Nice guys in competition are not nice guys. Nice guys seek excellence and not others' ratings. Nice guys may finish last, but they never lose.
